Keep
In MindParty Parking: The HOA Board would like to request
that you please ask your guests to only park on one side of the
street when you are entertaining in your home.
Overnight Parking: Street Parking is NOT allowed by the City of Winter Springs within Tuscawilla and also by The Reserve’s covenants within The Reserve. Parking in the street overnight could lead to a Winter Springs ticket or towing at the owner’s expense. Please park all vehicles in your driveway, or better yet, in your garage!!
Garage Doors: The HOA Board would like to request that residents
check their garage doors and refrain from leaving them open throughout
the day and night.
Cars: The HOA Board would like to request that cars use caution
while driving on residential roads.
Dogs: The HOA Board would like to request that owners pick up after their dogs and keep their dogs on leashes.
Trash cans: The HOA Board would like to request that all trash cans must be kept out of view from the street and stored either in the garage or behind an opaque wall. They are not to be stored in the shrubbery. They are to be put out no earlier than the night before pickup and collected back and stored as soon as possible or, at best, by that evening.

Winter Springs Police Department:
-A Neighborhood Watch program was started in August. This is an organized program to look out for our neighbors and the community as a whole. The WSPD wants you to call them at any time, day or night, to report any suspicious/dangerous activity. The WSPD nonemergency number is 407-327-1000.
-The WSPD has handed out Medical Emergency Data Identification (My Med-ID, for short). Interested residents can download the form here, complete, and place on your refrigerator. This information packet will have emergency contacts, medical insurance info, advance directives (living will, surrogates, DNRs), info on doctors, conditions, medications and allergies. All first responders are now trained to look at the refrigerator to see if this info is available.
-The WSPD offers the following
website for homeowners to use if they would like their home checked
on while they are out of town: http:/www.winterspringsfl.org.
Their website has a form that can be completed and faxed to the police
department. Click on Forms & Publications, then on Police Dept.—House
Check Form.
A non-emergency phone number is available for the Winter Springs Police: 407-327-1000.
Landscaping-Irrigation: Landscape
irrigation is limited to no more than two days per week.
Currently under the code, irrigation between
10am and 4pm is restricted year round. The
water-conserving practice has been added to the
restriction for all customers district-wide,
including the city of Winter Springs customers.
Those with odd-numbered addresses are to
irrigate only on Wednesdays and Saturdays,
while even-numbered addresses or no addresses
are to irrigate only on Thursdays and Sundays.
For more information regarding water
conservation, please call the St. Johns River
Water Management District at 800-232-0904 or
log on to their web site www.sjrwmd.com.
